Throwing what has been perceived as shade towards Trump, Peter Souza - the former Chief Official White House photographer for U.S President Barack Obama, shared the photo above and wrote;
"While on vacation on Martha’s Vineyard in 2011, President Obama, with Homeland Security Advisor John Brennan and others, waits to start a conference call with mayors and governors affected by Hurricane Irene. The President cut short his vacation to monitor the situation from Washington as the Category 2 storm moved its way up the eastern seaboard."
Hurricane Irene was destructive tropical cyclone, which affected the Caribbean and East Coast of the United States in August 2011.
